Welcome to Repairing Master Dubai. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our appliance repair services and website. By accessing our website or booking a service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Non-Refundable Diagnostic Fee
We charge a non-refundable diagnostic fee for each service visit, which covers technician travel, inspection, and diagnosis.

The fee will be disclosed upfront before booking.

This fee is payable regardless of whether repairs are performed or not.

If you proceed with the recommended repair, this diagnostic fee will be credited towards the total repair cost.
2. Estimates and Approvals
We provide a price estimate for parts and labor before initiating any repair:

By approving the estimate, you accept the quoted price and scope of work.

Sales tax (if applicable) is included in the estimate.

Verbal or written acceptance of the estimate constitutes a binding agreement.
3. Payments and Fees

Full payment is due upon completion of the service, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and approved online payment methods.

A fee may be charged for returned checks or failed online payments.

Overdue payments are subject to a 20% annual interest or the maximum permitted by UAE law.

You are liable for all costs related to recovery of unpaid amounts, including legal fees and debt collection charges.
4. Limited Warranty
We offer a 30-day limited warranty on parts and labor from the date of repair or part replacement:

The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship.

Claims must be submitted in writing within the warranty period.

If approved, we will repair or replace the defective part or provide a refund at our discretion.
This warranty does not cover:

Cosmetic parts (glass, knobs, shelves, etc.)

Appliances used in commercial or industrial settings
-
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or unauthorized repairs
-
Appliances that have been moved from the original installation site

Repairs where replacement parts are no longer available from manufacturers
Note: Warranty claims will only be honored if all invoices have been fully paid.
5. Limitation of Liability
Repairing Master Dubai shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

Food spoilage

Loss of business or revenue

Property damage
Our total liability is strictly limited to the amount paid by you for the service.
This limitation does not apply to personal injury claims caused by proven negligence.
6. Damage Waivers and Customer Responsibility
a) Appliance Movement
Moving large appliances involves risk. You acknowledge:

Damage may occur to flooring, cabinetry, or the appliance itself.

Our technician is not required to move the appliance but may do so at your request.

You agree to release Repairing Master Dubai and its technicians from liability for any resulting damage.
b) Water-Related Work
Repairs involving water lines or plumbing carry inherent risk.

Leaks or floods may occur due to faulty components or unforeseen failures.

Unless due to gross negligence, we are not responsible for water damage.

By allowing the work, you accept and waive all claims related to such damages.
c) Cooling Appliance Failures
Cooling units (fridges, freezers, etc.) are complex and prone to unexpected issues.

Repairs may not always restore full functionality.

We are not liable for food spoilage, discomfort, or business losses caused by cooling failures.

By accepting our service, you acknowledge these risks.
d) Glass Cooktops
Accessing components under a glass or ceramic cooktop may result in breakage.

Adhesives used during installation make safe lifting difficult.

We will exercise care, but do not accept liability for cracks or breakage.

You waive claims against us by authorizing this work.
7. Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with any service order or estimate, form the complete agreement between you and Repairing Master Dubai.
They supersede all prior agreements, discussions, or understandings, whether verbal or written.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dubai.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
